The owner John was the one who helped me through the process of picking the frame for my poster
He initially showed me a frame that was cost efficient but also showed me other beautiful frames from Italy with different price ranges. I chose something that was in stock and was in between pricing. I'm absolutely in love with the product.
Upon delivery, my building receiving manager immediately commented on how beautiful the actual frame was. The quality is superb.
John told me my frame would be finished Friday, it was finished by Thursday.
Highly recommend going with this company. I've worked with other companies before and this is my best experience yet!

I went by the great frame up just to find out about getting a shadowbox made for my dog's ashes, and other belongings that would be nice to hang up in my house because I love my dog so much so I went in to talk to John in the store and he was very helpful and very polite.
